5. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee within 10 days of order completion. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system. Partial refunds may be issued for orders that have been partially completed. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Prime Ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
